What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
Unwritten Stories only offers iDEAL as a payment method.
Is a product or size still in stock?
We have limited collections, so products or sizes may run out of stock. If the colour or size isn’t shown on the product detail page, it is no longer in stock.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
Not always. If you want to be sure, please send an email to email@example.com or fill in your email address on the product page. You will receive an e-mail when the item is back in stock again!
How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?
Can I remove items from my order?
You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders after it is placed and confirmed. Orders can always be returned according our return policy.
Which countries do you ship to?
The Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €3,95 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. After your order has been placed you will receive a track and trace code from PostNL.
How long does delivery take?
After receiving your order confirmation, we will ship your purchase within 1-3 working days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace code from PostNL to follow your package along its trip.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
No, your order will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed. Fortunately most of our order are sent by mailbox package, so you don’t have to stay at home to accept the package.
Can I return any item?
You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure you enclose the completed form or a note with your name, order number and reason of return to your package. All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging to protect their form. Unwritten Stories reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Can I exchange any item?
You can not exchange the product. If you would like a different design or size, please follow the return policy and order a new design or size on the website.
